Refund policy

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

 

The basics

 

30-day return window from the date of delivery. No restocking fees. No return shipping fees - we provide a prepaid return label.

 

How to start a return

 

Email hello@boughandiron.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll review the request and send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

 

Condition

 

Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging.

 

Damaged or defective items

 

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Larger pieces ship by freight - please inspect them before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork. That note is what allows us to file a claim on your behalf.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can usually be cancelled before they ship. Many of our pieces are made to order, so please contact us as soon as possible.
