Shipping policy

Where we ship

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Shipping cost

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay - there are no surprise charges afterwards.

 

How long it takes

 

Our pieces come from a small group of independent makers and suppliers, so lead times vary by item.

 

Most in-stock pieces ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Handmade and made-to-order pieces, including our hand-forged ironwork, are made after you order and typically ship in about 10 days. These aren't sitting in a warehouse - someone makes yours.

 

Once shipped, standard delivery within the US usually takes 3-7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Large and freight items

 

Furniture and oversized pieces ship by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

 

Please inspect freight deliveries before you sign. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or the item, note it on the carrier's paperwork before signing. That note is what allows us to file a claim and replace the item at no cost to you.

 

Multiple items

 

If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, they may arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
